Black River Beef Short Ribs in BBQ Sauce

Ready in minutes on the BBQ, in a skillet, or in the oven, enjoy thin cut beef short ribs in a sweet and smoky BBQ sauce!

Ingredients:

Beef • BBQ sauce (sugars [sugar, brown sugar], water, tomato paste, distilled vinegar, mustard, salt, modified corn starch, chili peppers, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, spices, flavour [soy], xanthan gum, caramel colour, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate). Contains: Soy.

Cooking Instructions:

COOK FROM THAWED
For best results, thaw product, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw product in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove product from packaging before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

BBQ (for best results)

Cook in pre-heated barbecue on medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs.

Cook over medium-high heat in a non-stick frying pan for 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs.

OVEN

Preheat oven to broil. Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet (makes for easier clean up) for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs.
