Black River Beef Medallions
Tender Beef Medallions Wrapped in Bacon.
Some consider the medallion to be the ultimate indulgence of steak… Our flavourful and extra tender beef sirloin medallions, wrapped in bacon, are lightly seasoned and perfect for any occasion – and sure to be the star of any gourmet meal.

Beef, bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke), water, vinegar, dehydrated garlic, salt, spices, cultured dextrose (corn maltodextrin), flavour, sodium phosphate, canola oil, citric acid, dehydrated red bell pepper.
For best results, thaw product, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw product in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove product from packaging before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Preheat grill on high for 10 to 15 minutes, then turn the heat down to low. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Preheat frying pan on medium high. Add 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil to hot frying pan. Sear product on each side for 2 to 3 minutes. Place product on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Place product on preheated electric grill on medium for 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from electric grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
