How to grill the perfect steak

When grilling the perfect steak, the meat is the most important part of the process, which is why we use only the finest cuts of beef, hand trimmed and aged to perfection.

Step #1

Brush the grill with vegetable oil and preheat to medium high. When ready, place the steak on the barbecue at a 45° angle.
Tip: A hot grill will help to maximize sear and lock in flavour.

Step #3

Turn the steak over once again, this time grilling it on the opposite 45° angle.
Tip: To make sure you don’t overcook your steak, get yourself a good meat thermometer and grill until it reaches your desired doneness.

Step #4

Finally, turn the steak over and grill on the same 45° angle again.
Tip: Before serving, remove the steak from the grill, cover with tinfoil and let it rest for a few minutes. This will help redistribute some of the essential juices that were lost during the grilling process. Enjoy!
