DEFROST BEFORE HEATING
TO DEFROST: Defrost in bag overnight in refrigerator or place ribs, still in the bag, under cold water for 20-25 minutes.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
BBQ
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove all packaging. Squeeze out excess sauce into a small bowl and save for basting.
2. Preheat barbecue to MEDIUM.
3. Heat for 7-10 minutes, turning as required. Baste with sauce halfway through cooking.
Oven
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove all packaging. Squeeze out excess sauce into a small bowl and save for basting.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
3. Place defrosted ribs on a foil lined baking tray on middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes. Baste with sauce halfway through cooking.
Use caution when removing from the oven; tray and product will be hot.
