Mouthwatering Boneless Thick Cut Pork Steaks.
A perfect idea for any family get-together meal. Our tender salt and pepper seasoned boneless pork steaks can be served with roasted cauliflower and green beans, for a delicious meal that will have them coming back for more. Each box of pork steaks comes with a bottle of our unique steak spice.
Two pork steaks are individually vacuum packed and quick frozen to guarantee freshness. Just peel back the corner of the film to open.

Pork steak (pork, water, vinegar, flavour, cultured dextrose [corn maltodextrin], black pepper, salt).
Steak spice (dehydrated garlic, spices, salt, canola oil, citric acid, dehydrated red bell pepper).
For best results, thaw product, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw pork steaks in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove all packaging before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Preheat grill on high for 10 to 15 minutes and brush the grill with vegetable oil. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping 2 to 3 times throughout cooking time. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Place product onto baking tray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat frying pan on medium. Place 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of oil on the pan. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times throughout cooking time. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat electric grill to medium high. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
