Black River Chicken Breast Medallions Wrapped in Bacon
UNCOOKED • SEASONED
Our flavourful, tender and moist bacon wrapped medallions will be the star of any gourmet meal.

Ingredients:
Seasoned chicken breast (chicken breast, water, modified vinegar, dehydrated chicken flavour, cultured cane sugar, cultured dextrose, spices, dehydrated garlic, salt, sodium phosphates, flavour) • Bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke) • Seasoning (dehydrated garlic, spices, dehydrated red bell pepper). May contain: Eggs.
Cooking Instructions:
COOK FROM FROZEN
Remove product from packaging before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
GRILL
- Preheat grill on high for 10 to 15 minutes, then turn the heat down to low.
- Cook for 30 to 34 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Place product on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
